- Collect customer information
Team Broadcast & Summaries
In internal WhatsApp groups:
- @mention to get meeting summaries

- International team coordination
Pro Tips
Voice notes: Send voice messages — the bot transcribes and responds to them.
Image & document analysis: Send photos, PDFs, or screenshots. The bot can read receipts, contracts, or any visual content.
Status checking: Message the bot "what's my account status?" to check subscription details without opening the dashboard.
Quick replies: For frequently-asked questions, set up quick-reply templates in COCO Dashboard → Bot Settings.
Limitations & Notes
- WhatsApp does not support message editing — if you make a mistake, send a follow-up message to clarify
- Group chats require @mention; DMs respond to everything
- Media files over 16MB cannot be processed
- Voice-to-text accuracy depends on audio quality and language
Troubleshooting
Bot went offline?
- WhatsApp connections occasionally drop — go to COCO Dashboard and reconnect (rescan QR if needed)
- This is a WhatsApp limitation; connections need periodic reauthorization
Not receiving responses?
- Check if the bot number has been blocked in WhatsApp
- Verify your COCO subscription is active
Slow response in groups?
- Large groups with high message volume may cause delays
- Consider using a dedicated group for bot interactions
